For the past four years, I have been a tutor of Math, and I am hoping to become a Mathematics professor in a university one day. A graduate of California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, I earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, and I have found that I really love helping younger students be successful in that subject. It is my belief that when students are given the foundation they need in basic Mathematics, they can build on that basic knowledge to become successful in the math courses that follow. While it is greatly rewarding to help young students learn how to walk, I also look forward to helping more advanced ones in a college setting where they are ready to run. I also have a certification from Chaffey College Math Success Center, which will help me to do that.In addition to several levels of Algebra, Calculus, and Trigonometry, I also tutor Geometry and General Math and have helped students prepare for the GRE Quantitative and other tests. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors. I like both outdoor and indoor rock climbing because there is always a new challenge with this sport. I also bake specialty cakes for my friends and family.
